2.8 GHz Intel Core i7 vs 2.66 Intel Xeon?
Would a 2.80 GHz Core i7 be faster than Intel Xeon 2.66
Both are Nehalem architecture, have turbo boost, and hyper threading
Intel Core i7 is targeted more towards games and home use. Xeon is target for mass server communication. Unless you’re trying to start a webhosting business with 10+ servers, I would stick with the Core i7
