dell vostro video card change?

i’ve decided to buy this pc:

its the dell vostro 220, and i’m going to customize it.
some of the reviews of it say it needs a better video card.
it comes with a : Integrated Video, Intel® GMA X4500HD
which is included with the price
but you can upgrade to a : 512MB ATI Radeon™ HD 4350
which is $70 extra. this wil make me go over my budget so i will have to remove the router and dvd burner from my purchase.
so I wanted to know if the default video card with this computer is good enough to play a game like halo 2. If it isn’t should I upgrade the video card?
If you are going to be using playing games, an integrated video card is not good enough.
Here are the minimum graphics requirements for Halo 2:
ATI X700 or Nvidia 6100 display adapter with 128 megabytes (MB) of RAM and the following features:
* Pixel shader: 2 or higher
* Vertex shader: 2 or higher
So, your integrated video adapter will be enough for now. But, if you are going to continue playing even more graphics demanding video games, even the “ATI Radeon HD 4350 512MB” will not be enough. Video memory of 1GB would be the best option for the newer games.
