Why is the Macbook Air more expensive than the Macbook Pro?
The Macbook Air costs $1500, but the new Macbook Pro costs $1200. $300 is a big difference, but I do not understand why the Macbook Air costs more than the Pro. The Air seems so thin it could break in half and the Pro has more memory. Please explain.
i think is it because certain people will want certain things from a laptop. For example a journalist will want something light compared to the mac book pro. However a photographer will want something with more memory and general higher quality for his work. Basically its for the needs of a certain target audience and for the mac book pro the target audience is journalists who need something light.
