77 ford pickup automatic with neutral safety switch under dash?

i have a 77 ford truck automatic with the neutral saftey/back up switch under the dash, i need to know how does the switch post conects to the column shaft, what part do i need to get to make the connection between the two. thanks

There’s a needle arrow which hooks to the shift tube at the bottom, the neutral switch bolts to the column at the bottom, but you have to hook the adjuster, or needle on the shift tube first
