Compaq Proliant

How can I set up a RAID 5 on an old Compaq Proliant Server?
I have 4 HDD each of 9.1 GB @ 10.000 RPM. The server has a SCSI array controler that came with it, I belive it is 3200.
“Although RAID 5 is commonly implemented in a disk controller, with hardware support for parity calculations, it can be done at the operating system level using Windows “Dynamic Disks” or with mdadm in Linux. A minimum of 3 disks is required for a complete RAID 5 configuration.”
