Yes, that is a Micro ATX Motherboard. However it should fit the larger ATX style case as well….
Most ATX style cases will allow you to mount micro or full sized ATX style boards.
So depends on the motherboard mounting posts (risers, brass riser, standoffs….whatever you want to call them).
I’ve built many a machine many a time. Been a Computer Technician for over 20+ years…of which I have built at LEAST 100 computers a year….if not more than that.

The wiki also states that micro atx boards will fit in ATX full sized cases as well.
